Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park (Broward County)
Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., including the boat ramp, marina and restrooms, beaches, and concessions. The Port Everglades Inlet Jetty is closed. Due to limited visitation, the park may close early and may remain closed for several hours. The picnic pavilions, picnic area and two beach restroom (due to erosion) are closed. Exact change is necessary when paying with cash. Credit cards are accepted. Visitors are expected to maintain distances of at least six feet apart and limit group size to 10 or few people.
John D. MacArthur Beach State Park (Palm Beach County)
Open, including beaches, beach restrooms and one on the nature trail. Tram service will be limited to those with special needs. Due to limited visitation, the park may be closed early and may remain closed for several hours. The Nature Center and restrooms, picnic pavilions, playground and tram service are closed. Exact change is necessary when paying with cash. Credit cards are accepted. Visitors are expected to maintain distances of at least six feet apart and limit group size to 10 or few people.
Barnacle Historic State Park (Miami-Dade County)
The park is closed on Tuesday for cleaning and maintenance. Due to limited visitation, the park may be closed early and may remain closed for several hours. The Munroe House, Boat House and Gift Shop are closed. Exact change is necessary when paying with cash. Credit cards are accepted. Alafia River State Park

Alafia River State Park is in southeastern Hillsborough County, about 30 miles southeast of Tampa, and consists of 6,312 acres. Recreation includes camping, fishing, canoeing, and picnicking. Forty miles of trails offer horseback riding, hiking, and some of the best off-road bicycling in the state

The boat ramp area is temporarily closed for improvements. Portions of the boardwalk system at the East Beach Picnic Area will be temporarily closed as staff works to re-deck the existing boardwalks. The campground playground has been removed due to safety concerns. The swings in the campground remain safe and are available for use. Also, the playground at the West Beach Day Use Area is temporarily closed for repairs.

How can most of these state parks open, yet Not have functioning rest rooms? (Not open restrooms)
I think they are beginning to realize that problem and have started opening rest rooms at some parks. For example, Big Talbot Island just made that change, as did Amelia Island State Park.
