Guide to craft beer breweries & brewpubs in Florida

Welcome to our comprehensive listing of Florida craft beer breweries and brewpubs.

Most are locally owned taverns born in a garage as a hobby, growing into storefronts, warehouses and industrial parks. Many feature local themes in their decor and their brews, games to entertain, food trucks and live music on weekends.

Often, the brewing tanks are in view of the taproom, if not part of the taproom, and tours are on the menu.

Fun places to hang out. Welcome to the new neighborhood tavern!

FYI, River City Brewing in Jax is closed, as in the entire bldg is gone. Also, Moonrise in Palm Coast and Big Top in Gainesville are closed. I know it's hard to track openings and closings in such a dynamic industry. Thanks for including my Azalea City Brewing Co in Palatka.

Ouch! How could you omit Ocala area? Not a lot of breweries around here but a couple of them are as good or better than the most popular ones in the state (ahem, Infinite Ale, ahem). Otherwise, a great reference source for my travels.

Hi Phil! Thank you so much for your input. This guide will always be a work in progress, and we update it frequently. I'll be adding Infinity Ale today, thanks to you! One of the challenges we have is organizing breweries by specific city or town, many of which are stacked into metropolitan areas and listed under smaller cities. Sometimes those smaller cities, such as Wilton Manors or Pompano Beach, are part of the more recognizable Fort Lauderdale market. Same is true for Ocala or Gainesville. I tried to overcome this, at least partially, by breaking up the listings into regions of the state. Perhaps I need to add another level, like the "Ocala area". Appreciate the fact you are keeping me on my toes! :-)
